Harmonic Mix uses TeamViewer for standard secure remote support. Below is a quick summary of the process and how it works.

1. Click Remote Support to download a small app. [Alternate]
2. Select Run to start the application.
3. Provide Your ID and Password to allow remote support to your system.

Harmonic Mix Agent Support 24x7
This is normally only used by the support group at Harmonic Mix. This provides direct remote access services to Harmonic Mix for workstations and servers. This should only be setup at the direction of Harmonic Mix.
